One of the most talked about court cases recently has been the shooting tragedy that occurred in Boston with a seven year old boy. The seven year old boy accidentally shot and killed his eight year old cousin after the two were playing with an unregistered hand gun at their home. Many have debated whether justice or leniency should be used with child. The boy already has to live with the fact that he accidentally shot his cousin but the court must decide what penalties to hand out for his crime. The boy and his mother have been actively participating in the court investigation. They still don't know where the gun came from but that should come to light during the court proceedings. Gang members are said to live in the same complex as the boy and his family. Should his crime go unpunished?
