Under several user names, struggling journalist Peter Braunstein purchased chloroform, the firefighter uniform and the smoke-bomb materials that he used in a 13 hour attack on a former colleague from Fairchild Publications. After his dismissal from the magazine and a break up with a girlfriend, his lawyers say that he became unhinged and the stress culminated in the attack on October 31st, 2005. That is some sick Halloween prank, and this deserves justice. The judges better sentence this guy for the crime that he committed. One more thing, doesn't this guy look like Robert Downey Jr.??
