Britney Spears has had to face yet another embarrassing moment with the police after being booked on two hit and run charges for her slow speed car collision with a parked car while pulling into a spot. What I don't understand about her decision to not do anything is that she had to have known that the handful of paparazzi who were filming her the whole time, who even made comments about not walking away from the scene, were going to contact the police afterwards.
