How many of them are American shows, I don't know, but I hope that my husband and I can get him out of the house out hiking enough so we are not listening to hour after hour of these shows. Reality TV popularity is at an all time high, and it is something that has never been big in our house, simply because we are not big TV watchers. When we do, we opt for nature shows, or news and commentary, so we know few facts about reality television and reality TV popularity.

He likes it for its outrageous entertainment value, and while we are really looking forward to his visit, we are not especially looking forward to watching TV. Fortunately it is nice out, and we have several great hikes planned, so hopefully he will back burner his addiction to reality television until he gets back home. Ugh-545 shows!
