I must say that when reality TV popularity really starting taking the country by force I was not all that into many of the different shows. But then, slowly but surely, reality TV popularity started to pique my interests, mostly spurred on by my wife and her friends, who are always watching different reality TV shows. For me, some of my favorite reality TV shows include shows like Making the Band, Dancing with the Stars, America’s Got Talent and American Idol. Being a musician, reality TV popularity will always capture me when they are shows that involve some sort of musicianship or that embody some form of performer quality. I have really gotten sucked into reality TV popularity faster than I thought. When you consider that I used to never give such shows a second thought, and that now I am using my DVR to program certain shows so that I don’t miss them when they air, it is safe to say that I have been fully converted. Another thing that I have been noticing is that reality TV popularity is really taking TV by storm. It seems that every month you hear about another show that is going to air, and many times they are pretty creative and have something truly interesting and original to offer viewers.
